Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you. Please also note that some orders may be sent in multiple shipments; you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails if your order has been split shipped.

All orders are shipped using various reputable local and international carriers, and the order delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (doesn't include weekends or holidays).
• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. After processing, local delivery (within the UAE) usually takes 1-2 days, while international delivery usually takes about 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. Customs clearance may create delays in delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Local Shipping: For local shipping (within Dubai), the following cutoff times will apply:

• Next-day delivery: 2:00 PM
• Same-day delivery: 12:00 PM

International Shipping: International shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout. Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable, fees, taxes, and duties are YOUR responsibility.  

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from mizzkeen.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit or refund issued.
